This session will review Phase 2, Families First Coronavirus Response Act (H.R. 6201) which focuses on individuals negatively impacted by the outbreak. We'll review employee sick leave, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the federal support to the employer. We will also explore the expanded unemployment insurance eligibility program as part of the CARES Act.
