SURVEY → 2025-2026 Golf Industry Compensation & Benefits

Why are we doing this? → The compensation and benefits landscape across the golf industry is rapidly changing. To continue supporting golf course owners and operators, the NGCOA is developing the 2025-2026 Golf Industry Compensation & Benefits Report, in partnership with the National Golf Foundation (NGF). Scheduled to be released later this year, this report will illustrate how these changes affect our industry and will offer insights to help you develop your own compensation and benefits plan moving forward.

What do we need from you? → We urge you to confidentially share your facility's (or facilities') details using one of the methods below. The more data we collect, the better, as it allows us to develop a reliable, true representation of the industry with greater visibility across geographies and facility types. Please note that the information you provide will be treated as confidential and anonymous, and will be used only for the purposes of this research.

What's in it for you? → All participating courses will receive complimentary access to the final report, as the 2025-2026 Golf Industry Compensation and Benefits Report is scheduled to be released in September, just in time for you to begin your 2026 financial preparations and projections!
