employees to use their smartphones on the course is an effective way to
communicate with each other and leaders. Gen-Y workers, in particular,
prefer this communication tool, and it’s one way to ensure you always
stay in touch.
So before you make a blanket rule prohibiting the use of phones on the
course by employees, consider the possibilities rather than focusing on
potential negatives.
