Setting the Stage for a Sustainable Marketplace
October 13, 2025 | Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa | Frisco, TX
The National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) is proud to announce the Golf Tee Time Summit, a first-ever gathering dedicated solely to addressing the challenges and opportunities in the tee time marketplace. Join us on Monday, October 13, 2025 at the Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa in Frisco, Texas, for an invitation-only event for multi-course and single-course operators, technology providers, third-party resellers, and subject matter experts for meaningful and unprecedented dialogue.
More than a conference, the Golf Tee Time Summit will be a productive workshop. Through structured, professionally-facilitated discussions, attendees will explore critical issues including tee time reselling, the future of dynamic pricing, data access and scraping, merchant processing, no-shows, waitlist systems, artificial intelligence, and much more. The NGCOA is committed to ensuring every voice is heard and that real, actionable solutions emerge from this focused gathering.
Why this summit is critical to the future of golf operations
The golf industry is experiencing unprecedented growth and extraordinary evolution. New technologies, new players, and new platforms are transforming the way tee times are priced, booked, and managed. AI-driven engines, automated waitlist systems, secondary-market tee time resellers, and even Google’s growing footprint are forcing golf course owners and operators to navigate a rapidly evolving and increasingly complex tee time economy. This summit is designed to empower operators, support technology providers, and protect the health and sustainability of the marketplace through open collaboration so that our shared future is solid and healthy together.
Key issues we’ll tackle together
This isn’t a conference with keynote speakers and product demos. It’s a problem-solving forum of tee-time minds, strategically facilitated by Vista Cova, a nationally recognized planning and facilitation firm that specializes in high-stakes, high-collaboration industry workshops. Vista Cova will guide the group through structured, outcome-driven discussions around the challenges most critical to golf course operators and their partners. These are more than just discussions, but an opportunity to co-create new rules of engagement, best practices and wish-lists for all of us to thrive together in the coming years. In addition to workshopping some critical issues, we are working on having two plenary sessions with subject matter experts on the future of Google and (separately) artificial intelligence with tee time booking.
