I come from twenty years in manufacturing, CAD drafting and Engineering support back to the service industry. Our family operated the banquet facilities and golf concession operation at Warren Valley Country Club in Dearborn Heights, MI back in the 1970's. I went on to obtain an Associates degree from Oakland Community College, Farmington Hills, Mi in Culinary Arts/ Restaurant Management. From there I managed a family restaurant on the campus of the University of Michigan; the Continental Deli and later the Continental Restaurant, again for about ten years. Now I am back in the hospitality business as the General Manager at The Links at Hunters Ridge where we are in the process of restoring this great golf facility with a great history.
