Additional Program Details:
Property capacity is $50 million with the ability to provide additional limits - machinery and equipment coverage included
The Golf Club Broadening Endorsement includes numerous property enhancements designed specifically for golf courses, such as Valuable Papers and Records, Property of Others, Fine Arts, Employee Dishonesty, Food Spoilage, Pollutant Cleanup and Removal, Underground Irrigation System, Debris Removal, and Peak Season Increase
Wind coverage available for consideration on a risk by risk basis
To better capture the risk exposure, the rating for General Liability to rounds played is customized
Golf Professionals are included as an Additional Insured
Herbicide & Pesticide Coverage available at limits ranging from $150,000 to $1,000,000
$1,000,000 Liquor Liability coverage available
Umbrella coverage available up $5 million limit. Coverage can be excess General liability, Liquor, Automobile and Employers Liability
Risks are loss control which allows for accounts to secure the most favorable terms
Marshall and Swift evaluation service utilized to help insured establish the proper amount of insurance to protect their property
