  • Do you have children who are resentful about the healthy salary and perks their siblings who work in the business are receiving?
  • Do you have a family member working in the business who is employed only because of their last name and not their abilities?
  • Do you have an in-law working in the business who is well paid but not really earning their salary?
  • Are you ready to step back from day to day operations but aren't sure whether your children are ready to take over?
  • Are you worried about how strategic decisions will be made after you have retired?
  • Do you have a family member who won't give up power or control?
  • Are you worried about key employees leaving if you appoint a family member as your successor?
  • Are you working in a family business where you feel your parent's generation is hanging on too long?
  • Do you worry about who will referee between your children after you have retired?
  • Do you find yourself being caught in the middle between your children & your spouse as they argue over the business?

Everyone who registers for the course in advance will also be able to pose questions in advance of the seminar so that we make this session as impactful as possible.

"We are grateful for Greg's help with our family business, teaching us good governance. He has proven himself to be professional, skilled, knowledgeable, respectful of confidences, courageous under fire, sympathetic, supportive, empowering, funny, and challenging."
