By agreeing to register with PerformanceTrak, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are free to opt-out; however, by doing so you will not be granted access to the solution and will be unable to use the service.
Registration must be completed by December 31st in order to access all 2009 data without interruption. Participants choosing to opt-in after this date should allow 6-8 weeks for transfer of and access to historical figures. We will confirm with you when the migration of your data is complete.
